Team suggestions

Are you still figuring out what type of team you want to build? Then look through this small list of ideas! We encountered a number of teams previously, and wrote down a few interesting compositions! Use these ideas as a brain teaser. They aren’t guides to perfect gameplay, but you can give them your own swing to create something that suits your style!

Here are some basic strategies that may inspire you to try something new:

Indomitable Rhamphyre

Just place a pack of rogues with a Rhamphyre in their middle. Then augment him with an indomitable augment. If it can’t die for 6 seconds, it should be able to cast its Omega Ability… What does that do? Well, it clears out basically the entire field. [Earth seems to counter this build as they just don’t die]

More rogues?

Just start with rogues, place more rogues and eventually transition into Slayer or Phantom! Rhamphyre tends to be a good place to end, as he can clean up entire boards by himself! If you make enough space for him, he’ll show you his cool side. Rogues tend to have difficulties with Colossus units though, keep that in mind!

Undying Healers

How about a team that just heals and heals forever? Some teams have proven to be able to stay alive for 3 minutes after the Overload damage starts.

Impenetrable fortress

Don’t you think that some Illuvials may be able to kill their enemies with thorns? How about a Titanor with indecent amounts of HP and resistance? You could add thorns onto him and he will deal more damage to the enemies that hit him than the damage he may receive from them. [We expect that Vampiric essence can nullify the thorns, and you can reduce enemy resistance with augments]

Big Brain Illuvials

This may be less cheesy, but imagine a team with Invoker Illuvials. They deal incredible damage. And then add some tanky Granite Illuvials to protect them. You’ll have 4-6 seconds immunity to fire away and blast the enemies to smithereens! Or try this with water Illuvials! Through the energy regeneration buff from Water, you’ll be able to spam your spells! You may be able to make do with a small tank alongside Axodon.

Arcanite POWER

Phosphorus and Scoriox are known for their immense DPS potential. If you can give them the right augments and a bit of time to build up, they will show you their might
