Illuvium: Zero Enhances Stability and Gameplay Experience with Key Fixes and Features in v0.1.5 Update.

The Illuvium team has released a new update for Illuvium: Zero (v0.1.5), focusing on bug fixes, user interface improvements, and gameplay enhancements. This update is essential in fine-tuning the game and addressing player feedback. Here's a summary of the key changes:

Bug Fixes

Critical Bugs:

  • Resolved an exploit that enabled duplicating fuel by selling structures.
  • Fixed a rare issue where resetting a plot would lead to obstacles overrunning it.

UI Bugs:

  • Improved converter passive generation, fixing collect button disappearance and ensuring correct automatic resource generation.
  • Addressed the issue of negative resource values in T4 plots.
  • Corrected Hyperion Lathe efficiency calculation around Hyperion sites.
  • Updated class icons.
  • Added a warning for cancelled building upgrades that all resources will be lost in the process.
  • Fixed overflowing experience bar for high levels.

Miscellaneous:

  • Enhanced the frame limiter to prevent screen tearing while moving the camera.

Features

Gameplay Feature:

  • Marketplace transport times are now displayed in different UIs and capped at 7 days, reducing transfer times from previously possible 6-month durations. Existing trades are also recapped to this maximum time.
  • More consistent scanning chances have been introduced: on each failed scan, the chances of finding an Illuvial increase, resetting upon every success.

Known Issues

  • Some goals can be skipped if players don't acknowledge previous sequence goals.
  • Level resets to 100 after reaching level 2900.
  • Frame limiter is not active in the main menu on game launch.
  • Various UI issues.

This v0.1.5 update of Illuvium: Zero is crucial in addressing existing issues and improving overall gameplay experience. As the game is still in development, the Illuvium team encourages players to share feedback to help bring the game to its final state as quickly as possible.
